Did you know that Decathlon only employs people who are truly, wholeheartedly committed sports fans? Neither did we, until we were commissioned to refresh the company’s employer brand. Working closely with the client, Cafés’ strategy, creative and media teams, we completely rethought the employer brand and communications strategy. With a good concept and smart targeting, we managed to make the recruitment process twice as effective: while only 40% of first-round candidates were relevant before the image campaign, after the campaign 80% of them were qualified.
