Support for enhancing the adaptability and productivity of employees and enterprises through workforce development
The goal of the project is to implement workplace training made possible by the support granted to our company, thereby enhancing our productivity. To this end, our organization submitted an application to the government office acting as the public employment service, which was successful, and we received the following support.

Description of the trainings to be implemented within the framework of the projects:
Development of Leadership Competencies: Self-awareness, Communication, Delegation
Goal of the training:
In our interpersonal relationships, we may often find ourselves in leadership roles. The goal of the training is to help participants to develop their leadership self-awareness and communication skills, as well as to learn delegation techniques, enabling them to distinguish between leadership responsibilities and employee tasks in their day-to-day work.
Training content:
- The concept and interpretations of leadership
- Leadership self-awareness: resources, leadership styles, roles
- Leadership behavior patterns: formal and informal power, people-centered leadership, directive leadership
- The meaning and importance of self-awareness, possibilities for development
- Understanding and completing the Johari Window. Creating and reflecting on a leadership life path map as a group. Collecting leadership resources.
- Characteristics of leadership communication compared to general communication
- Action-oriented expressions, phrases. Questioning techniques (types of questions and their effects)
- Providing feedback as a leader, feedback techniques
- Written communication: emails, memos, task assignments, presentations

Communication: Presentation Techniques
Goal of the training:
Communication plays an essential role in our everyday lives. We communicate even when listening to music on public transport or giving a presentation at work. A presentation is a unique form of communication, one that is intentional and goal-driven: it aims to deliver a message. The goal of the training is to help participants learn and practice presentation techniques, receive feedback, and integrate these into their routine so they can deliver effective presentations aligned with their goals in the long term.

- Basic model of communication
- Characteristics of the Hungarian language: semantics, grammar, stylistics
- What makes a good presentation
- Competencies of a good presenter
- Steps in preparing a presentation: researching, structuring, developing the concept, designing visuals, planning appearance, rehearsing
- External preparation factors: venue, technology, audience
- Time management practices during presentations
- Practical presentation exercises with feedback for each participant
- Key principles and common pitfalls of PowerPoint: good practices and examples to avoid

Team Building: Improving Team Cooperation
Goal of the training:
The goal of this training is to support participants in developing their ability to handle social dynamics within everyday work-related groups such as workplace teams, communities or other collaborative settings involving shared tasks or problem-solving. Participants will learn to recognize group roles, emotional patterns, individual and collective needs, as well as effective communication strategies and the clear signs of successful cooperation within a team.
Training content:
- Factors influencing the quality of cooperation, basics of intra-group cooperation
- Characteristics and signs of cooperative behavior within the group
- Differences between a group and a team
- Importance of communication in effective teamwork
- Impact of team roles and how they shape dynamics
- Emotions and individual needs within a team setting
- Methodological content applied to each topic: situational games and collaborative problem-solving tasks (with practical application of Kolb’s experiential learning model).
Time Management and Efficiency Improvement
Goal of the training:
The aim of the training is to improve participants’ time management skills, introduce them to a variety of time management techniques, and teach them how to prioritize. Participants should be able to apply these skills in their daily work. The long-term goal is to reduce stress among participants through effective time management. Another goal is to help participants increase their personal efficiency.

- Time perspective: how identifying our own time perspective supports our everyday time management
- Completing the Time Perspective Test
- Time vs. process perspective – the relationship between time and efficiency
- Time management techniques (theories and practice)

Cooperation and Negotiation Through Understanding Personality Types
Goal of the training:
The training aims to teach participants how to manage tasks and problems within social groups found in everyday work life, such as social, workplace, and community groups that require collaborative problem-solving. Participants will develop the ability to distinguish between different group roles. The training will also enable participants to identify the difference between compromise and consensus and to create a harmonious and cooperative work environment.
Another key objective is for participants to become familiar with various personality types and learn to identify them in practice. This knowledge will support them in responding appropriately in both collaborative and negotiation situations.

Effective Communication and Communication Practices: Negotiation Techniques (24 hours)
Goal of the training:
In today’s world, communication is indispensable. We are communicating even when we listen to music on public transport or give a presentation at work. Due to the complexity and constant evolution of communication, it is essential to refresh our knowledge from time to time and supplement it with new insights. The goal of the training is for participants—primarily through communication exercises—to reach a level where they are confident, prepared, and authentic in everyday communication situations. Another aim of the training is to develop participants’ negotiation communication skills, providing opportunities for practice and for receiving feedback.
Training content:
- Basic model of communication. Characteristics of the Hungarian language: semantics, grammar, stylistics
- Basic communication concepts, systems of verbal and non-verbal communication tools and techniques
- Phases of negotiation: preparation, negotiation, follow-up – along with related communication strategies and tools
- Characteristics of price-based negotiations. Managing difficult personalities, typical negotiation scenarios
- Negotiation strategies based on DISC personality types and the corresponding communication techniques
- Situational exercises: negotiation scenarios
- Negotiation between parties of differing status: subordination and superordination, managing perceived or actual status differences
- Managing uncomfortable situations during negotiations
- Each situational exercise includes feedback on participants’ performance and reactions
Focus on Personal Development: Problem-solving
Goal of the training:
Self-awareness is one of the key points of lifelong learning. To be effective in both our personal and professional lives, it is important to have a sufficient level of self-knowledge. This training provides assistance and knowledge elements to support this. The goal of the training is for participants to become familiar with various problem-solving methods and to learn about the theory and some techniques of solution-focused approaches.
Training content:
- Situational exercise to identify participants’ current problem-solving techniques: task execution, evaluation, and feedback
- Characteristics of problem-focused thinking
- Techniques for identifying problems
- Techniques for analyzing problems: root cause analysis, 5 Whys, fishbone diagram
- Creative problem-solving methods: OPV, Six Hats
- Basics of solution-focused approaches: why the solution doesn’t care about the problem

Keeping Up with the Times – IT Skills: Excel (Advanced)
Goal of the training:
The aim of the training is for participants to become familiar with the most commonly used Microsoft Office products and programs, enabling them to create and work with spreadsheets, ultimately developing their infocommunication and digital skills. The training specifically focuses on mastering the advanced use of Excel to achieve more efficient and higher-level user competence.
Training Content:
- Using functions at an advanced level (e.g., VLOOKUP, complex IF function, SUMIF, CONCATENATE, FLOOR, CEILING, etc.)
- Creating charts: data for charts, chart types, creation, modification, visual effects.
- Filtering and sorting at an advanced level (comparing values, sorting by color, etc.)
- Creating, managing, and organizing pivot tables, comparing data
